Shalom’s Board of Directors

Shalom Health Care Center, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Shalom is consumer-governed — at least 51% of the Board must be consumers of Shalom's services, so the people we serve help guide the organization.
