How to set up healow

1. Download the app

   Find “healow” on the Apple App Store or Google Play and install it. When it asks, choose Allow notifications so you don’t miss appointment reminders.

2. Log in with your Patient Portal details

   Open healow and sign in with your Patient Portal username and password. Forgot them? Tap Forgot Username / Password, then check your email and follow the reset steps.

3. Add Shalom as your practice

   When healow asks for a practice code, enter BAJHAA. Note: the address healow shows for Shalom may look incorrect — that is a known display quirk, and the code is still correct.

4. Finish first-time setup

   The first time you log in, healow will ask you to allow camera and microphone access (needed to see and talk with your provider during a video visit), accept the Terms & Conditions, create a 4-digit PIN (or Face/Touch ID) for faster sign-in, and verify your phone number with a texted code.

5. View appointments & start a video visit

   Open the Appointments tab to see your upcoming visits. About 10 minutes before a telehealth appointment, tap Start Televisit, enter your vitals if asked, and wait for your provider to connect.
